How it works

This phenomenon is  technically known as viral marketing or as you and I know it, word of mouth. People find it really hard to understand that there are companies out there giving away so much for what seems like so little. But, when you see an advert on the television, a billboard on the way to your local shops or an ad spot on the radio do you ever stop and think how much companies have paid just for you seeing or hearing about their product or service for just a few seconds? If you think of it like that, it all makes sense why they would pay a freebie site such a premium for a guarantee that you have tried their product. They then expect one out of every 100 people to stay on as a paying customer. When a company pays hundreds of thousands for a 30 second ad during your favourite tv program there's no guarantee that you or anyone else has even taken notice of them, let alone buy or try their product.

Freebie Networking sites:

The site that you are signing up to is what is known as a freebie networking site. They act like a middle man between you and the company wanting you as a customer. You already know why advertisers are willing to pay such a premium for you to try thier products. You may then ask yourself why these freebie networking sites are offering such great gifts. Think of it like this - for every person who completes an offer with a freebie network they make around £30, most freebie sites gives you the equivently £17 in free gifts. That gives them a £13 net profit for each person that completes an offer. Then you have to think of the people that sign up do an offer and never get enough referrals to get a freebie (don't worry this won't be you if you stick with it), that's a £30 net profit for the freebie network. Now you can see just how these sites work, and why they are giving away such great stuff!
